Time of use plans are changing. It’s important to start implementing projects now before November 2020.
PG&E announced that peak hours will be changing for commercial, industrial and agricultural customers. For NSSE customers that are considering additional solar energy assets, it’s important to start implementing those projects now.
If systems are active prior to November 2020, PG&E will grandfather in those customers into the current TOU period
rates for the next 10 years. The graph below demonstrates the decrease in value of solar energy credits through TOU
cost-shifting. Take action now to lock in a higher value solar credit.
